The SlimeCat Carbon Elite 7’6 catfish rods provide high grade stainless steel guides, that are salt water rated, along with a fast action sensitive tip and plenty of backbone to handle your catch. We have found this design to be very productive, whether you like circle hooks or if you want to set it with a J style hook. The sensitivity in this rod allows you to feel the head shakes which will help you predict their next move. These power house rods offer a longer cut eva foam handle at 16 1/2 inches and a 6 inch fore grip which increases your distance on casting and leverage while fighting your catch.
