Returns on Rods and Reels
If, for some reason, you need to return a rod or reel, purchased directly from our website, please contact us via email (email@example.com) to let us know what's going on so we can expect your package. Please add a note to your package with your name/and order number and what the situation is so we will know when it gets here. Ship the rod/reel back via UPS, at your cost, to 256 W 70th St South Wellington, KS 67152, within 30 days of receiving the item. Please make sure you have insurance on the package. If it is damaged during shipping we will not accept the return and you'll need to file an insurance claim with UPS.
When the item is received in new/unused condition you will be issued a refund, minus a $25 restocking fee on rods and a $10 restocking fee on reels.
We do not accept returns on apparel and line.
If you need to exchange an item, the process is the same as a return. Once we receive the item we will send you an invoice to cover the shipping back to you. Once the invoice is paid we will send you out your exchanged item.
